By funding our running costs or contributing towards the wages of an apprentice, your organisation directly helps young people with SEND and young adults with disabilities into accessible, flexible work and volunteering roles. We offer tailored support, career guidance, and progression pathways that align with ethical employment practices, including paying at least the living wage (funding permitted), supporting qualifications, and making reasonable adjustments to accommodate carers and those with additional needs. As a locally rooted, socially driven organisation, we also strengthen the East Sussex economy by sourcing ethically and locally.
